The “Wolfman” petroglyph panel in Bears Ears National Monument does not disappoint. This is only a portion of it, and it’s in many ways the one of the most “artistic” petroglyph sites I’ve seen. Unfortunately, you can see quite a few bullet holes from someone thinking that these cultural artifacts make for good target shooting. Can you imagine shooting at the Mona Lisa or a Sistine Chapel?
