Dreaming of Aravaipa… An ill-timed stomach bug prevented me from my planned adventures this weekend, a two-night backpacking trip through the Aravaipa Canyon Wilderness with a group of friends. It’s been a couple years since I’ve backpacked thereâone of my favorite places in a state full of amazing destinationsâso I’ll have to shoot for a fall permit for a raincheck trip.
