A quiet nighttime street scene features a lit crosswalk, traffic lights, storefronts, parked cars, and two electric scooters on the sidewalk.A commemorative plaque at Dundee Memorial Park details a Japanese balloon bomb that exploded on April 18, 1945, but caused no damage and remained secret until after Japan's surrender in World War II.
